Belize is a very cost-effective destination and your dollar will go much further there than in the States or many other vacation locations. There is no need to exchange money before you arrive—$1 USD converts to $2 BZD and everyone on the peninsula accept both US and Belizean currency.

Many of the larger items will be paid for as a group. The estimated cost per person for these items is listed below. While these figures are estimates, I will ensure that the final costs are as close as possible to those listed. As the trip nears, there will be opportunities to add additional experiences to our itinerary such as fishing for tarpon, massages, spa services, or a sunset cruise. These are completely optional and you will only be expected to pay for those that you sign up for.

Please keep in mind, you will need to book airfare to and from Belize City as well as a puddle jumper, shuttle, or bus ticket to Placencia on your own as everyone's travel arrangements may be different.

To fully secure your spot on the trip, send $600 to J.P. as soon as possible, but no later than December 31, 2025. The remainder will be due two months prior to the trip on March 15, 2026. Please reach out if you would like to discuss alternative payment options.

Should your plans change, please let me know as soon as possible! After March 15, all reservations are final and I may not be able to accommodate cancellations.
